Processing Times
- All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
- Standard, ready‑made items ship within X business days after processing.
- We ship orders on Mondays only. Orders placed after Sunday evening will roll into the next Monday’s shipment.
- High‑volume periods or restocks may extend processing times.
Custom Orders
- Custom and special‑request orders require a minimum 3‑month lead time due to curing, formulation, and production schedules.
- Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
- Shipping timelines for custom orders begin after the production and curing period is complete.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time is outside our control.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier for delivery issues.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Sassy Nanny Soapery is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
- Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
- Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Damaged Packages
