Order Cancellations

- Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as materials and labor are allocated specifically for your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within X days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate.
- Damage caused by the carrier must be claimed directly with the carrier.
