Your order will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use USPS because they offer the priority flat rate postage option and for the vast majority of our orders, this is the least expensive option available. In a world where shipping costs continue to rise, we are always searching for ways to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
Your order will ship out very quickly. In fact, 99% of orders placed before 9pm ship out the next business day. Please allow 3-7 days depending on service of mail.
If your package does not arrive, first check your tracking number online. Then if needed, contact your local post office with the tracking number. We do not have any more information on the location of your package than is shown by the tracking number. Your post office is the only one who can locate your package for you.
If the post office is unable to locate your package, please contact us then so we can make sure your order is delivered to you.

Shipping to the United States depends on how much you order. The best way to determine your exact shipping costs is to add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process. The website will give you the exact shipping cost before you need to enter your credit card number. You can experiment to see what is the best shipping value based on exactly what you are ordering. Custom Order Returns/ Refunds:
Sassy Nanny Soapery does all kinds of custom orders! You imagine it and we will make it! OR email us and let us know what you are needing and we can IMAGINE it for you! Custom work is subject to a cancellation 20% charge after the order has been placed but before production start. If production has been started then the buyer is responsible of 100% of the order. No returns are accepted. Buyer is responsible for insurance on shipment. It is suggested that the buyer pay for a sample prior to the main order to ensure product meets their requirements.
Yes, you can place an order through the mail. Be sure to include all of your contact information (including phone number) and the exact soaps and sizes you want.
If you do not want to submit your payment online, but have access to the internet, you can place your order online and choose "money order" as your payment option. That way you will know the exact total for your order. You can then mail in a check or money order. We will not ship the order until payment has been received.
Returns can be shipped to: Sassy Nanny Soapery, 2350 Miller County 3, Doddridge, Arkansas 71834. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email, and order number (if you have it). Add a note stating what you would like done (an exchange or refund).
We no longer offer free samples. If you would like to try a scent before committing to a full bar, we have smaller travel bars available. We also have an entire sample pack if you would like a sampling of most of our regular soaps. And don't forget to sign up to receive our monthly newsletter which always contains a special offer!
We are working on a farm store at our farm in Doddridge, Arkansas where you can purchase all of our items (plus some extras we don't offer on the website). Until then, you may visit BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Email us for more info.
There are a few small stores and distributors that carry a selection of our products, but we cannot guarantee that they have our products in stock and we do not provide a list since we can't guarantee they will have enough inventory.
Our products are used daily by our family and we're confident of their quality. We offer a 100% money back guarantee to our internet customers if there is a problem with the quality of any our items. This refund is on the cost of the product and not the shipping costs (delivery shipping or return shipping).
You must return any unused product within 1 week of receiving it and we will promptly refund the cost of the product 100% once we receive it.
The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to bulk items unless they are defective or arrive with shipping damage.
If you are new to a scent or product, please first try the smallest size possible first before ordering a larger size.
Used products may not be returned because you did not care for the scent. Please smell the item first before using.
Initial shipping cost may be deducted from refund amount if after the return, free shipping requirements were not met. This means that if you received free shipping and then return items which drop your subtotal to below the amount required for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you purchase 10 bars of soap for $65.00, you qualify for free shipping which is a $6.90 value. If you then return 3 bars of soap, the initial shipping will be deducted and your refund will be $12.60 ($6.50 soap + $6.50 soap + $6.50 soap - $6.90 initial shipping).
